Easy Move
Just had a great experience with booth and a couple things really stood out. 1. I only needed to move 1 big piece - it can be super frustrating getting movers or any mover or contractor to help or even return a call for a smaller job but Booth treated it like it was a whole house move. 2. The experience w Dana was excellent. We had to do 1 reschedule. When I let her know, only based on every single other experience with movers I've ever had, I was kind of expecting it to be a headache or a lot of back and forth or taking forever or a lot of pushback or all of the above but no. it was no problem, rescheduled in a couple minutes. it really goes a long way when the ppl on the front end are super responsive and really friendly and just on it with digital communication. 3. Price - I got quotes from 3 places and simply put, Booth was the cheapest by about 30%. 4. The Crew Leader for my move Will, was really friendly and professional. Enjoyed talking to him (while not trying to get in his way too much) during the move. Seemed like a nice guy and got the furniture in and out really quickly and without any dam
